ARMY OFFICER'S BENEVOLENT FUND PLATINUM GRANT AT 75 YRS AGE.


Retired army officers, who have completed 75 years of age, are entitled to a grant of Rs 50,000.00 from the Army Officers Benevolent Fund. Kindly share this information among the retired Army Officers in your city. (In case of demise of an officer, during service or later before completing 75 years, this amount is payable to the next of kin immediately after the demise of the officer. It is also applicable to officers settled abroad.)No formal application is require for claiming the platinum grant. However the retired officers are required to intimate their postal addresses and Bank Account Numbers as and when they enter their 75th year at following address for updating the records :-

  2. I being a divorced daughter have been granted FP after demise of my father No 33943 Late W.O. MS Sidhu. I have provided photocopy of my ibid F.P. PPO to your office. In this connection, pl refer your office letter No Air HQ/26076/33943/IAFBA/Accts dated 04 Dec 2019 and my application dated Mar 2020.   3. Please release financial assistance out of AFBOF as intimated to me vide your office letter No Air HQ/26076/33943/IAFBA/Accts dated 04 Dec 2019 and my reply vide my application dated Mar 2020. Have already provided a copy of PCDA (P). Allahabad PPO No F/NA/00672/2019 under which I have granted FP being a divorced daughter of No 33943 Late W.O. MS Sidhu. An early action is requested pl.
