Letter from TESWA

Dear JCOs and OR friends,

In all social media mail groups predominantly moderated by JCOs and NCOs, we only see abuses heaped on Officers. The common thread which run in most of the mail groups is : Officers have been totally selfish, they did not look after their subordinates, abandoned the interests of their subordinates for safeguarding / improving of their own etc. The list of abuses is endless. Some could be true but most of them are imaginary.

Now TSEWA having seen the rule of 33 years to get full pension having been quashed by hon’ble Su;preme Court in Shri MO Inasu (an Ex-Servicemen re-employed in Central Govt Service) and by hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana High Court for all pre – 2006 pensioners ( as it is abolished for post – 2006 pensioners) decided to file a case in AFT Delhi by 15 Feb 2016. We decided to collect the following legal fees to pay to our legal counsel and AFT as under:-

(a) Officers - Rs 5,000
(b) Single Ladies of Officers - Rs 3,000 © JCOs - Rs 3,000
(d) Naiks & Havildars - Rs 2,500
(e) Sepoys & LNks - Rs 2,000
(f) Family pensioners of JCOs - Rs 1,000 and OR Some officers wanted to waive off even Rs 1,000 from Family pensioners as it may not be possible for them to pay.

Since TSEWA is not rich and we expressed our inability to waive off legal fees to the single ladies of JCOs and OR, the following officers have sent /committed the following amounts at the time of sending this mail (on 02 Jan 2016) to sponsor poorest of poor family pensioners of JCOs and OR :-
(a) Cdr Chandra Shekhar - Rs 5,000 (b) Col Latif Vadakkayil - Rs 4,321 © Cdr Prem Prakash from - Rs 4,000 from Norway ( Scandinavia)
(d) Cmde BC Jayaprakash - Rs 5,001 (committed)
(e) Lt Col R Madhusudan Nair - Rs 5,000 (committed)
Sir, Do you still want to abuse Officers?
Regards,
Brig CS Vidyasagar (Rtd) 9493191380
