OROP II orders from 01.07.2019.

On 13.04.2022,Major General Sathbir Singh (Retd) has filed a Review Petition on behalf of Ex-servicemen Movement in the Supreme court against the Supreme court judgement on OROP by it 16.03.2022.

Normally as per rules any review petition is entertained by Supreme court if it is filed within 30 days of judgement.

These petitions are not heard in open courts.

Within 30 days of filing, these cases will be listed and arguments takes place in Judges Chamber itself.

So time is available for them to decide the case is till 12.05.2022.

After that either it may be allowed or dismissed.

Normally High Profile cases, political cases, important cases are only allowed and other cases are dismissed at the chamber itself.

If at all a review is allowed, then it follows the regular open court proceedings.

Then the final judgement may come within one or two years or may come after so many years.

But Ex-servicemen are good for nothing.

So most probably it will get dismissed.

After the dismissal judgement, the Government of India will issue OROP II orders from 01.07.2019.

So any OROP chart appearing before 12.05.2022  in social medias, WhatsApp groups are rumours only.

In my opinion, at this my old age, before my death, if I get 100 rupees as benefit today is far better than my family getting the benefit of 1000 rupees.

So I personally wish that the case gets dismissed.

Next, the Delhi Highcourt last week has adjourned the case related to equal Military Service Pay (MSP) to all to the month of September 2022.

Because the Judges are day today dealing and are busy with so many other important cases.

There is no time available for them to hear this case atleast once in two months.

Ex-servicemen are not so important to the country, so that they can carry on waiting for next hearing even after one or two years.

Lastly, the Delhi Highcourt last week has adjourned the case related to the frequent fighting and arguments taking place at the CSD canteens between Ex-Service Officers and the Ex-servicemen to November 2022.

*_Because Ex-servicemen are Spent Force_*

Long live Indian Democracy.

Long live India's Judicial System.

Long live India.

Long live Bharath.

Jai Hind Jai Bharat.
