A LETTER TO DEFENCE SECRETARY

Dear Secretary, Defence,
Sir,
With lot of respect and due expectations, I am writing this emotional request on behalf of few hundred surviving old, retired military Jawans and widows who are in their fag end of life and helpless in their abilities to file a petition with the AFT for their legitimate pension hike which hasn't happened since 6CPC. Those few who had the energies to file petition with AFT, have got it on individual basis.
Towards this please read the attached judgement of the AFT.
Sir, I am not individually affected party nor do I am representing any one individual.
Your and mine soul will be blessed if we are able to help these few hundred surviving lot with implementation of this judgement accross all instead of case to case petetion being filed and then getting the same judgement.
Sir, please look into the matter personally and it will be great service to my few last of the surviving old, helpless jawans and widows who are in age group of 70- 80 as reservists.
Sir, I humbly request you to consider applying the judgement as per para 15 of the attached court order accross all few reservists of the Indian Army. Pensioners. I am writing this out of basic human compassion towards these helpless senior citizens and esteemed veterans of our prestigious Army.
Sincerely
Group Captain S K Saini VM Veteran IAF Pilot .
