INTRODUCED FOR DEFENCE PENSIONERS (ONLY FOR PENSIONARY PROBLEMS) - DPGRAMS Portal

Sir ,

I want to state a few lines on this Grievance Portals.
Previously CPGRAMS PORTAL  (ESTABLISHED BY DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS AND PUBLIC GRIEVIANCE) had two parts.   1. PUBLIC GRIEVANCE PORTAL  and 2. PENSIONERS GRIEVANCE PORTAL
If any veteran had to submit a grievance, he had to select the second option on the above screen, sort as  Pensioner Portal to submit his case.

But due to lack of knowledge most of the veterans were submitted with first option Public Grievance Portal  and his grievances routed/sent to

Shri Naresh bahradwaj Deputy Secretary, Department of pension and Pensioner's Welfare Govt of India.(DOPPW)

Subsequently, Veterans grievance again transfered to DDESW from Under Secretary DOPPW  after one week  for which  more time taken to resolve problem.

If any veteran submitted his grievance in CPGRAMS public portal (Selecting Department of DDESW from drop down list), then his case was directly routed to DEPUTY SECRETARY, DDESW, Shri Sarvajit Singh and resolved with less time
with  Dr Pudi har Prasad, Joint Secretary and Shri Sarvajit Singh Deputy Secretary, DDESW, MoD  to make a separate portal for defence personnel as they have not to confused to submit their pension problem through CPGRAMS portal being two parts and the same has been considered after one year.

Now this separate portal is named as DPGRAMS Portal

I checked the URL : www.rakshapension.desw.gov.in.
It gives the complainant a method to lodge the grievance.

NOW, CPGRAMS PORTAL HAVE TWO PARTS  : PUBLIC AND PENSIONERS PORTAL (FOR GENERAL PUBLIC AND DEFENCE PERSONAL BOTH)

A NEW SEPARATE  PORTAL CPENGRAMS INTRODUCED  FOR DEFENCE PENSIONERS (ONLY FOR PENSIONARY PROBLEMS)

A SEPARATE POSTAL PGRAMS ALREADY HELD FOR DEFENCE PERSONNEL PUBLIC GRIEVANCE IF NOT RESOLVED SUBMITTING IN CPGRAMS PUBLIC

With best Regards
