Brig CS VIDYASAGAR Letter - SPARSH

Dear Col Ranjan,
This is the WhatsApp message I sent to Lt Gen Vinod Vashisht, Principal Banking Advisor of SBI at Delhi.
Now that with your effort Smt Hilda Wilson got her PPO, now the CPPC, SBI, Tamilnadu has to release the arrears.
I know Lt Gen Vinod Vashisht personally. I am sure he will do his bit and hope Smt Hilda Wilson can now get her huge arrears of Rs 7.50 lakhs. This is all possible due to your help in getting her PPO.
I am indebted to you for your self less service.
May God Bless you with long, happy and healthy life.
warm regards,
Brig CS Vidyasagar (Retd)

Dear Gen Vinod Sir,
This is a pathetic case of Smt Hilda Wilson wife of (late) Sepoy Arogyaswamy Wilson of Madras Regt who unfortunately passed away in May 2019. Though the death certificate was sent to PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj she was not given her PPO for ordinary family pension. I do not know how she survived for 3.50 years without her family pension.
I went to PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj to attend their two day seminar on SPARSH on 13 & 14 Dec 2022 thanks to Cmde Sudheer Parakala, President, TSEWA. I got an opportunity to meet Mr Mukesh Kumar Sinha, Principal Controller, PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj. I narrated her case in just two mins. He was moved by her pathetic condition and immediately asked Lt Col Jeevan Kumar, OiC, Defence Pensioner's Contact Centre (DPCC), Prayagraj that she should get her PPO in next two days. Lt Col Ranjan Kumar, a dynamic General Service Officer got her PPO generated by liaising with many in less than 24 hrs. I am attaching her PPO.
Sir, the lady and her children have suffered for the last three years. Kindly give directions to CPPC, SBI, Tamilnadu in Chennai to immediately credit her family pension from May 2019. I am sure she must have incurred lot of debts to survive. An early release of her ordinary family pension will help her.
A word from you will make all the difference.
warm regards,
Brig CS Vidyasagar (Retd)
