*FOLLOWING THE PRINCIPLE OF SUPREME COURT COLLEGIUM, "PROFESSIONALS CHOOSE & NOMINATE PROFESSIONALS", TWO PROFESSIONAL COLLEGIUMS ARE IMMEDIATELY PROPOSED, (OTHERS WILL FOLLOW) :*
Henceforth :
1. *Civil Services Collegium.* A Collegium of Chief Secretary & Five Senior Chief Secretaries will nominate all officers to Civil Services. UPSC Civil Services examinations system is dispensed with immediate effect. The Collegium of senior IAS officers is fully informed on all aspects that need consideration.
2. *Defence Officers Collegium.* A Collegium if CDS, Three Service Chiefs & Tri Service Vice Chief will decide who will join NDA & service academies (IMA, AFA, INA etc) and become Officers. The existing system of selection through open, transparent system of UPSC NDA / SSB etc is unnecessary & dispensed with forthwith, as Collegium is the forum that knows everything. The senior Armed Forces Commanders will form their own Collegium to decide on all issues related to commissioning of Officers.
*Other Professionals like Doctors, CAs, Engineers, Professors etc are soon going to follow suit. More details follow. Never mind the scale & magnitude of the base input, objectivity, transparency etc. Collegium can handle all that secretly. None needs to know, none will be told, not required.*
