OROP - NOT A SINGLE TABLE WAS WITHOUT ANY ANOMALIES

NOTICE 

( An eye opener for all of us ) 

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ESM COMMUNITY INCLUDING FAMILY PENSIONERS 

1. OROP ONE WAS HAVING Table 1 to table 101 ie total one hundred and one tables . THERE WERE  THOUSANDS OF ANOMALIES IN THEM. NOT A SINGLE TABLE WAS WITHOUT ANY ANOMALIES...

2. NO OFFICIAL NEWS IS AVAILABLE ON THE OUTCOME / DECISION OF THE GOVT  ON THE REPRESENTATIONS  GIVEN TO ONE MAN JUDICIAL COMMISSION

AND ITS RECOMMENDATIONS 

In other words without resolving the anomalies in OROP ONE thesec  tables for OROP  two is issued by Govt . 

3. FOR OROP TWO  THERE ARE 121 Tables 

4. AT A GLANCE ONE COULD SEE A LARGE NUMBER OF ANOMALIES IN EACH TABLE 

5. CAUSE FOR WORRY

a)THESE ARE NOT ONE RANK ONE PENSION TABLES..! 

b) THESE TABLES ARE FOR  MANY RANKS ONE PENSION TABLE

c) IT IS MANY PENSION FOR  ONE RANK TABLE 

d) VERY UPSETTING AND DISTURBING TABLES 

6. WE ARE STUDYING AND PREPARING A COMPREHENSIVE REPRESENTATION COVERING ALL TABLES AND ALL RANKS 

7. Some GLARING OBSERVATIONS  FOR OUR WORRIES ARE :- 

(a) TABLE  No 1

(i) 2 nd Lt , Lt - 18 to 24.5 years same pension Rs 36800 

(ii) Capt 7 to 30.5 yrs same pension Rs 43300, 31 to 33 yrs and above same pension Rs 43675 

(iii) Maj 12 to 21 yrs same pension Rs 51700,...

21.5 to 33 yrs same pension Rs 68550

(iv) Lt Col (TS) Lt Col 12.5 to 18 yrs Rs 68350 same pension, 26 to 33 yrs and above Rs 95400 same pension 

(V) Brig , Maj Gen , Lt Gen , Lt Gen(HAG)

20.5 to 31.5 equal/ same pension.  Only at 32, 32.5 , 33 yrs and above varies from Brig( and seperate higher pension is given for Maj Gen, Lt Gen and Lt Gen (HAG )

(b) Table No  2 

(i) 2nd Lt / Lt ( not pensionable rank in AMC but table made ) 18 to 24.5 yrs Rs 36,800 same pension, 26.5 to 28.5 Rs 40,925 same pension , 29 and above same pension Rs 41200

(ii) Capt 18 to 21.5  yrs same pension Rs 36,800, 

26 to 29 yrs same pension Rs 41925 ,

(iii) Maj 7  to 33 yrs same pension Rs 63670 

(iv ) Lt Col (TS ) and Lt Col ( no sg Lt Col in AMC but table is made ) 14 to 19 yrs same pension Rs 97150,

For  19.5,20,20.5 yrs same pension Rs 114490

 

22.5 to 33 yrs same pension Rs 118750 , 

At 20.5 to 22 yrs for Col, Brig, Maj Gen , Lt Gen , Lt Gen ( HAG) same pension Rs 1,17,490 

From 22.5 to 33 yrs and above same pension for 

Lt Col, Col , Brig , Maj Gen , Lt Gen and Lt Gen ( HAG) Rs 118750 

(c) Table No  3 

(i) 2 Lt , Lt , from 24 yrs to 26.5 yrs same pension Rs 38400 , from 26 to 33 yrs and above same pension Rs 39300 

(ii) Capt and Maj 0.5 to 33 yrs and above equal pension

(iii) Lt Col (TS), Lt Col 

From 20 to 33 yrs and above same pension Rs 75950 

(iv) Col (TS), Col , Brig 

From 25.5 to 33 yrs and above same and equal pension Rs 98150  

( d ) Table No 4 

(i) For 2 nd Lt , Lt , Capt and Maj ....No table is made Why ? where as Lt, Capt,  Maj rank retired MNS are available.

(ii) for Brig and Maj Gen from 0.5 to 19.5 yrs no table made,  why ? 

(iii) Lt Col, Col, Brig from 20.5 yrs to 29 yrs equal pension for these three ranks 

(iv) increase at each stage is erratic and there is sudden jump at 21 yrs 

(v) From 20.5 to 33 yrs and above for Maj Gen ..at every 0.5 yrs the pension is increased . 

(THIS IS AN EXCEPTION FROM OTHER TABLES )

(e) Table No 5 

(i) 2 nd Lt , Lt , Capt No table . Why ? 

(ii) Maj From 13 yrs to 33 yrs and above same pension Rs 53,000

(iii) Lt Col From 14 yrs to 33 yrs and above Rs 68,350 same pension. why ? NO EC, SSC Offr would have had the chance to serve till 33 yrs but still table is made Why and what basis ? 

(f) Table No 6 

(i) 2nd Lt , Lt , Capt , Maj 

No table made . Why ? 

(ii) Lt Col 14 yrs to 33 yrs and above Rs 1,00,000

Same pension..

g) Table 7.  ( At some stage ) 

(i) Sepoy , Hony NK , Hony Hav same pension.

Why ? 

(ii) Hav and Hony Nb Sub Same pension . Why ? 

(iii) Subedar and Subedar Major ..Same Pension

Why ? 

(iv) Hony Lt and and  Hny Capt. Same pension till 28.5 yrs.why ? 

  ( from 29 yrs onwards till 33 yrs and above for H Capt pension is increased ) 

Note ;- 

1) THE OBSERVATIONS ON THE OROP TWO Tables are being noted 

2) In the above these are  only few glaring observations and there are hundreds of observations in almost all the OROP 121 tables .

3) The action is in progress to summarise table wise observations soon so that a suitable case be taken up with Govt of India ( MOD ) for ordering a review/ anomaly committee
