STORY OF INJUSTICE - Great injustice to JCOS AND OR for their Pension 

3rd CPC WEF 1/1/73 reduce pension from 75%to 50%

1) WE DEMAND RESTORATION OF OUR RIGHT - TO BE BILL PASS  IN PARLIAMENT 

2) Demand OROP 1 to be at 3.5 not 2.57 as miscalculated.

3)  OROP 2 to be at 4 as the inflation is at highest sky level.

4) Family pension must be 100% of service pension not acceptable 30%

5) The enhanced rate OF Additional pension must be from 61yrs instead of 80 yrs with 20% after every 5 years including family pension.

6) MSP 

HOW injustice is started from 3rd CPC

Example of one Rank and same reduce to all Rank .

For JCOS AND OR the injustice begins from H/Captain then automatically reduced the JCOS AND OR pension. 

For OFFICERS THE increase of pension started from Major then automatically increased the amount to All. 

The above increases /reduces were started and continues till now. From this movement JCOS AND OR were not rays your voice, not drum 🥁 beat🪘

IN 5TH CPC increased to Major @Rs 800/-

 H/CAPTAIN 10800/-

REGULAR MAJOR 11600/-

6TH CPC GRADE PAY increased to Major @Rs 500/-

 H/CAPTAIN - 6100/-

MAJOR- 6600/- 

MSP ( MILLITARY SERVICE PAY) - See the difference.
