Presenting our OROP II issues at Jantar Mantar today.

Dear all Veterans,

Congratulations & weldone NK Mishra ji for presenting our OROP II issues at Jantar Mantar today. We are proud of you.
Nice to hear yr speech fluently without hindrance. This is the time to open up to say freely about  the hidden agenda of officers activities in all three services.
Pl add these points at this moment at Jantar Mantar if an opportunity prevails to u to speak about.

1. Time scale promotion should be imparted like officers for PBOR in all three services.

*2. Food should be served same once ships / submarines sails to sea.*

3. PBOR ranks posted at war zone area like siachine, Nefa/ Ladhak, kargil or other hilly like Galwan ghati @ risky zone *food should be same* & no separate mess for officers.

4. The MSP should be same for all ranks irrespective of place of posting.
5. War casualties allowance should be same for PBORs & officers.

5. Officers should lead the platoon from front & not from rear or from center in Army.

6. Virnari / peace or war casuality allowance should be same for all ranks. Hence no disparity.

7. OROP anomalies calculation factor should be same @ 2.81 and not accepted @ 2.51

8. Bureaucrat posted with the MOD & Govt who were associated with OROP implementation has also not put their head & vision to take a healthy & suitable work out understanding & has meshed-up.
I feel they have worked with officers in OROP implementation may be with hand & glove is also a matter of concern.

All above points should be narrated by our representative Mr NK Mishra ji at Jantar Mantar.

I have just spoken to him & requested him to be there till my message sent to him & posted in group as well.

If any critical points left out by me, members have liberty to add as feel genuine & should not post any unrealistic messages against Govt.

All the best.
