Dear Veterans

We have filled the petition in Hounarable Supreme Court bearing diary no. 10538/2023 & Case no MA 499/2023 for table 7 & 8 of OROP-2 related issue  with the help of My friend Adv Shri Amitesh Chandra Mishra. 

Since the cause of this case is related with lakhs of veterans & their families across the country, we involved petitioners also across the country with various age group and trades so that HSC should realise that this is the problem of veterans across the country. We thanks all including Veteran MBC Menon & Veteran P Vigneshwar Raju who have given valuable deliberations and contribution in collection of various documents for their valuable input.

दोस्तो एक खुशखबरी X ग्रुप वाले साथियों के लिए

कुछ जवानों ने मिलकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में X ग्रुप पे के लिए केस फाइल कर दिया है

अब आप को किसी संस्था को पैसा देने की जरूरत नहीं है

यह सिर्फ एक खुल्ली लूट के लिए जवानों को बरगला कर पैसा ऐंठने का जरिया है

इससे पहले भी लास्ट रैंक पेंशन के लिए पैसे लिए और केस फाइल नहीं किया और सिर्फ सब को लटकाते रहे क्योंकि पहले ही कुछ जवानों ने केस फाइल किया हुआ था और वो केस जीत गए इस लिए केस किया नहीं और उन 150 - 200 जवानों से 2100 रुपए लिए और हजम कर गए, उसके बाद HCO से पांच पांच हजार रुपए इकट्ठे किए और वो भी हजम कर गए

आप सब X group waale दूसरों को बताना चाहता हूं की अगर आपने किसी संस्था के झांसे में आ कर पैसे दिए हैं तो अभी समय है वापिस ले लो नहीं तो बाद में यह सब हजम कर जायेंगे
