HERE IS A REMEDY THROUGH RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT

TO THE PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER OF THE BANK's HEAD OFFICE.

I am a defence pensioner drawing pension from your Bank’s ___________Branch.

Government of India, Ministry of Defence vide their letter dated.08.03.2010, issued instructions to all PDAs to revise the pension of all PBOR pensioners (Pre-2006) w.e.f. 1.07.2009 and pay arrears by 10th June, 2010.
Now it is more than 3 months passed, my pension has not been revised and the arrears paid to me. The time limit given by the Govt. is over. Any further delay in paying beyond this date will attract penal interest and compensation for the mental agony and legal expenses.
Now it is evident, that your Bank and the person responsible in the Branch for paying had failed. I now request you kindly furnish me the full particulars of the person responsible for the delay in paying my pension and arrears to enable me to proceed against him legally for suitable compensation and other expenses etc.
