Dear Friends,
1   If assurances given by PM have not been honoured,i humbly request all ESM,please don't think that RM will implement  OROP in full and as per the approved definition  and as per the DGL prepared by Service Hqs in the Budget.Specially, when he has made two Statements  one on 16Dec and the other in 31 Dec which are the cause of serious concern.
2   I appeal to all ESM to work to get justice of full implimentation of OROP. Please join in the effort. Please attend Maha Rally on 01 Feb 2015 at Jantar Mantar New Delhi.
Regards
Satbir.

1.       I have estbl contact with some faujis who are active within BJP and I complained strongly about OROP and the betrayal as we see it.
2.       His advice was that we must show  restraint at this juncture. There is a lot of activity in progress within Govt to release OROP in full during the budget, and that a few impediments have been placed before the political leadership by the bureaucracy, which may be to stymie OROP. But the political leadership is determined to give it he says.
3.       This is what I have recd and I am passing it onto all of us. How am I sure that definitely the budget with give 100% OROP. Well I am not sure, but I am for giving that much time for Modi govt to give OROP to us as justified by all concerned.
Best wishes
