DISCREMINATION BETWEEN IAS OFFICERS AND OFFICERS AND SOLDIERS  OF  OUR DEFENCE FORCES.

It is a surprising news  that  IAS Officers have represented to the Government  that they are being posted to Central Govt. posts  by which their facilities at State Govt is taken away like Accommodation, other perks and facilities  and children Education etc..

Whereas our Officers and soldiers are posted to Forward areas, High altitude places , ice places  at any time with in a short notice.  They  cannot take their family  and children.  No cancellation of posting even if the family members are suffering from any kind of sickness.  Our people are posted with full of life risk, and no grumbling.

Here, you see that these IAS officers are expressing their displeasure of the posting , openly  telling their discomfort like Children Education and other facilities.  not worried about the Govt.  They will be provided with all the perks and facilities  any where they are posted  but still they want to be in the Stat Govt .

But our Armed forces are not provided with these comforts any where and they are always at the Risk of their life .

Readers of our Blog, please think over these happenings and the step motherly treatment to our Armed Forces  in the Forward areas and else where.

IAS Officers are highly paid, with huge perks and facilities  any where in India  but it is not the case with our forces.   We  are Separated from families, far away from them and children  and living restlessly  every day risking our  life.

Let us all hope for  Equal justice for all.

IAS officers discuss issues related to service conditions with Dr. Jitendra Singh

A delegation of IAS officers representing “Indian Civil and Administrative Service (Central) Association” called on the Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), MoS PMO, Personnel, Public Grievances, Pensions, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr Jitendra Singh and discussed with him various issues related to "working conditions" in the Civil Services. They also submitted a written memorandum to the Minister. Shri Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Honorary Secretary of the Association, placed before Dr. Jitendra Singh a number of suggestions aimed at improving the working conditions in the services and brought to his notice certain impediments which sometimes make it increasingly difficult to find IAS Officers ready to work at the Centre at the level of Deputy Secretary or Director. They also suggested that the service period required to be put in before going on deputation to the Centre may be reduced to 7 years from the present 9 years. The memorandum submitted to Dr. Jitendra Singh pointed out the fact that, while in the State, the IAS Officers are provided with certain facilities which are not available when they are deputed to the Centre. In this context, it was suggested that vehicles may be provided to all the Deputy Secretaries and Directors irrespective of their seniority when they are on deputation to the Central Secretariat. The officers also demanded that when they are on deputation to the Centre, their children should be automatically given admission in the Sanskriti School, otherwise they feel discouraged to come to Delhi because of the possible disruption in the education of children. The officers also requested for parity in pay scales and hoped that 7th Pay Commission will take due consideration of the existing anomalies. Dr. Jitendra Singh gave a patient hearing and said, the Shri Narendra Modi Government is strongly in favour of providing a friendly work environment to the officers without any intimidation or harassment. He assured that he will direct the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) to carefully evaluate each and every suggestion made by the senior IAS Officers and prepare a note based on it. *** (Source-PIB) (KSD/PK/BK )(Release ID :116526)
