 Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi today met ex-servicemen at party headquarters in New Delhi. Mr Gandhi discussed about One-Rank One-Pension issue.Talking to reporters after the meeting, Mr Gandhi alleged that the government is delaying the implementation of the scheme for retired military personnel. He urged the government to fullfil its promise of One-Rank One-Pension made to the ex-servicemen. BJP today rejected Congress President Rahul Gandhi's charge that government is delaying One Rank, One Pension scheme for ex-servicemen. Talking to AIR, party spokesperson G V L Narasimha said NDA government is committed towards implementing the scheme soon. He alleged Congress President and Vice President have now started talking about ex- servicemen and farmers, who they neglected during ten years of UPA rule. |
