PROGRESS OF AFT-29, INCORRECT FIXATION OF NOTIONAL PAY OF PRE 2016 RETIREES WEF 01-01-2016 , CPC 7.
Five cases of AFT 29 petitioners have been filed by in AFT by Legal Cell of TSEWA at Delhi. The next date of hearing are as under:-
(a) Army 1 -19-5-2022
(b) Army 2 -13-5-2022
(C) Army 3 -19-5-2022
(d) Navy -13-5-2022
(e) IAF -13-5-2022
2. The above information has been sent to me by Commodore Sudheer Parakala Chairman Tsewa in reply of e mail sent by me to know the present position of the case.
