Likely Pension w.e.f Jul 2019

1.      Many members of TSEWA approached meto make likely pension arrears now that Hon’ble Supreme Court has given direction calendar year 2018. The data for JCOs / OR of X Group and of Lts and Capts is not given. So we have to wait for pension tables sim.

 2.      From the slides of PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj, it is seen certain anomalies have arisen as under:-

 (a)    Some of the OROP beneficiaries (Pre – Jun 2014) get higher pension(pension of Dec 2015 x 2.57) than the pension of thope in the next table from PCDA (Pensions) Allahabad this anomaly could be rectified.

 (b)    Pre – 2006 Hony Nb Subs are still not being given pension of NbSubs.

 (c)    Lt Cols with service of 26 years and above have been granted rankof Col (TS) w.e.f. 16 Dec 2004 due to implementation

 (d)    One Major with QS of 21.50 years’ service retired in calendar year 2018 got pensionfixed at Rs 68,550.Hence all Pre – J

 (e)    Those retirees whose pension in Dec 2015 x 2.57 is higher thanAverage pension of those retired in calendar year 2018 w

 (f)     Pension of X group of JCOs / OR are not shown by PCDA(Pensions) Allahabad, hence the same are not shown in these

 3.      The criterion adopted in circular 555 for revisionof pension w.e.f. Jul 2104 is as follows and the same is adopted: 

(a)    For any one rank say Lt Col, the pension of a retiree with a longer service of say 24 years cannot be less than pension of an

 (b)    For the same qualifying service higher ranked retiree says Lt Col cannot have lesser pension than a Major with same qualifies.

 4.      Medical Officers from AMC, AD Corps and RVC. In OROP - 2014, the pension for all officers of the rank of Lt Col with 22.50
