NAVAL OFFICERS RETIREMENT HOMES
1. Refer to Naval Officers’ Retirement Homes Owners Association letter 105/NORHOMES dated 15 Mar 22 (not addressed to all).
2. Naval Veterans from Kerala had executed a unique project named Naval Officers Retirement Homes (NORHOMES) which has been conceptualized as an ideal Home for both Veterans and their parents who are in need of a caring and safe environment.
3. Over a period of time, few dwelling units in the society have come up for a change of ownership in view of their original owners not being in a position to continue holding the property due to various reasons, with unfortunate demise being one of them.
4. In view of the above, it is requested that the enclosed Notice received from the Association be given wide publicity among Army and Air veterans, NoKs and widows.

NAVAL OFFICERS RETIREMENT HOMES
The Naval Officers Retirement Homes (NORHOMES) is a unique project that was conceived and executed by a few Naval Veterans from God’s Own Country. The primary driver for this venture was the ever changing social milieu which poses very specific challenges and places undue strain on both the ageing parents and their children. Both need a very fine combination of privacy and mutual support. NORHOMES thus is an ideal Home for Veterans and Parents who are in need of a caring and safe environment.
NORHOMES is a residential complex of 55 Dwelling Units each of which is designed as a Studio apartment of approximately 980 Sq Feet comprising a Drawing Room and a Bed Room with attached Washroom, a small Pantry and a Balcony. The Complex has a fully functional Kitchen, Dining Hall, Swimming Pool, Recreation Rooms, Guest Rooms, adequate parking, a Sick Bay and a Massage Parlour.
A few Dwelling Units have come up for change of ownership as their original owners are not in a position to continue holding their property due to various compelling reasons.
