Dear all,
1. A short notice meeting was requested with a specific agenda related to SPARSH and the incident of Apr pension not reaching the Banks of the legacy pensioners. Secretary ESW was kind to call the CDA (P) staff and it was decided by the Secretary, on our request, to give a full presentation to all the duly recognised five ESM Organizations on SPARSH. There is a lack of info about SPARSH in the environment as no meeting has been held on the subject at any stage.
2. Brig Kartar Singh, V (IA), President, IESL and Col Jagdev Singh Yadav, SM, V (IA), General Secretary IESL attended the meeting. Maj Raghbir Singh Dagar, President Delhi State ESL could not reach for the meeting due to attendance in the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
