 Lecture Presentation was conducted by shri Mohit Sharma, at SSA, jaipur on Friday at 11.30 am 22 july 2022.

He Highlighted Following Points :-

Migration to SPARSH :-

Migration to Sparsh has been continued as per following scheme :-

(A) Phase 1:- Ex- sevicman Retired after 2016, have been successfully Migrated to SPARSH Sytem

(B)Phase 2 :- includes Exserviceman, who retired between 2006 till 2016.... Now being Migrated to SPARSH.

(C) Phase 3 :- inlude Migration of all who retired before  2006.

TARGET TIME :-  Before  End of  2023 , All veterans, Pension  Benefesiaries icl family pensioners SHALL BE SWITCHED OVER to SPARSH.

 ACTION BY VETERANS :-

*"NO  ACTION"*

is Required by any Retired / their family Pension Beneficiaries to get MIGRATION to SPARSH.

MIGRATION to PCDA PRYAGRAJ ( Allahabad) Controlled SPARSH :-

is Automatic done by CDA & Mandatory, which shall be completed by End of the yr 2023

Willingness cert for Migration :- NO Cert by veteran needed.

. Annual Life Cert :-

*Not reqired to be given in NOV

* It can be given on "ANY DATE" of the YR , & it shall be valid for One yr from that Date.

** It can be sumitted throuh Sparsh Portal by :-

*Using Biomatric Device

or

* using  जीवन प्रमाण फेस रीडिंग app, available on Google Play Store,

* or MLC, manual Life cert, obtaining from gazzeted off

&

then

Uploading on Sparsh Portal.

* uploading can be done by self or through  CSC , cda service cenres, list of wich available on SPARSH PORTAL.

 AFTER MIGRATION :-

Every Veteran after Migration to SPARSH System,

done automatically by CDA प्रयागराज (ALLAHABAD),

Shall be Sent To his REGISTERED MOBILE PHONE with Bank's Pension Account  two things :-

* User id

* Pass Word(PW)... this can be changed into his PW.

With these 2 things

(User id + user PW)   that User can Enter into SPARSH PORTAL's  Various Options,

SPARSH   PORTAL :-

 1.Open 

* ( " sparsh. defence. gov. in  "  )*

2.Login = by enterig  ...Userid + PW

3. See Yourself Every Thing on Opening Portal,

like :-Your All Data, PPO, Pension credited to Bank, Form 16A & B, tax deducted, Annual life cert due, Family pension, your Raised Queries, their Tracking, their TIME BOUND DISPOSAL

When User id & PW not received :-

You can send GRIVANCES to SECOND CDA PORTAL :-

(  pcda. nic. in) , but it is not trackable, whereas SPARSH is trackavle,

One is not required,

user - id & PW to log in on this Portal.

Call  centres :- GRIVANCES  can be submitted throuh call centre Number, 

(1800- 180-5325),, capacity of which has been recently tremendously increased.

Cda Service Centres :- has been opened in every distric, & list of such service cebtres is available on Sparsh Portal, It is Useful those have difficulties in Mobile /Computer Operations.

DA etc :- Revision in pension, DA, any Benfits shall be automaically Paid to everyone at same Time.

Pension :- for the current month shall be paid on last date of previous month in the bank account with full Accuracy & at right Time.

All problems of the Previous SPARSH System has been rectified, & current SPARSH SYSTEM is Fully Reliable.

SPARSH :- is the EXCELLENT, Transperent, Reliable, Timely Payment Making , User's  Self correction of Data, user's Grivances - Timebound Trackable System, System Informing All Documents, ie PPO, FORM16, LIFE CERT etc  & All Data / info

 💦Single SPARSH Portal( sparsh. defence. gov. in) :- with 2 things, (userid & Password), 

can be entered into it , select any option, & see  all info, documents , & correct your Data yourself.💦
