# BREAKING# . OROP update Govt application for extension of three months from 16 Jun to 15 Sep 22 was heard today. Govt counsel confirmed that all details have been worked out except cabinet approval which will come soon.
Our senior lawyer opposed this extension and asked 8 percent intrest Hon’ble Judge did not agree to payment of intrest and granted time till 16 Dec 22 for payment of arrears.
sad news. Now we can only wait till next pay commission if it is approved. 😔
