For all ECHS beneficiaries Already As per Central Org ECHS letter the time period for conversion of 32 KB card to 64 KB card has expired on 15.11.22. Some still have 16 KB /32 KB card unchanged.
64 KB ECHS Card Software has been updated on 15.11.22. So all 32 KB card holders will not work while registering token in ECHS. So apply for a new 64 KB card immediately and get a temporary slip for the new card. Then when you come to the polyclinic, bring the new temporary admit card and get the signature of the in-charge. Through this you can continue to get medical advice.
