Equality in Pro-rata Pensionary Benefits of JCOs OR and Commissioned Officers of Defence Forces
As a welfare measure and rehabilitation initiative of Exservicemen, absorption of JCOs/OR in PSU and autonomous bodies have been introduced. In this scheme, a JCO/OR may join PSU/ Autonomous body just before the retirement from the Armed Forces. He will be absorbed as permanent employees of such PSU/Autonomous org from the date of superannuation from the Armed Forces.
