Indian Military Veterans
Life Certificate Deadline 30 November: To continue receiving pension, pensioners have to submit their annual life certificate by 30 November 2022.

Pensioners can submit the life certificate by visiting the branch themselves or online. Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that the government is running a national level campaign for pensioners using face authentication application to submit Digital Life Certificate (DLC).

Launched face authentication service

Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that a digitally empowered pensioner in Amrit Kaal will help in building a digitally empowered nation. Earlier the government introduced a system for submission of DLC using biometrics. This was followed by the development of a face-recognition technology system based on the Aadhaar database, which made it possible to deliver DLC from any Android-based smartphone.

Union Minister Jitendra Singh launched the Digital Life Certificate campaign at the national level in November and urged all pensioners to take advantage of the facility of face authentication technology.

Life certificate can be submitted using face recognition service

1) Go to Google Play Store and download the Aadhar Face ID application.

2) Visit https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/ to download the Face application.

3) Must be given authorization or provide appropriate authority.

4) Complete the operator authentication and scan the face. This is a one time process.

5) The device is now ready for digital life certificate generation and pensioner authentication.

6) Now pensioners will have to give necessary information.

7) After filling the information, the live photo of the pensioner will have to be scanned.

8) Click on the submit button.

9) Pensioners will also get a message on the mobile number at the time of verification with a link to download the DLC.
