Proposed seminar on SPARSH on 13 & 14 Dec 2022 at PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj.

Dear Sir,

Cmde Sudheer Parakala (Retd), President, TSEWA detailed me to attend  as representative of TSEWA in the proposed seminar on SPARSH on 13 & 14 Dec 2022 at PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj.

I have received two pathetic case of non commencement of family pension to wives of deceased Ex-Servicemen who are migrated to SPARSH from Ex-Wel Trust. For me this is Priority I case. 

Therefore kindly give me the following details of similar cases where widows of ESM who are migrated to SPARSH and passed away to enable me to bring these cases to notice of Mr Himanshu Tripati, Dy CDA, PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj so that their family pension commences without any further delay.

It would be better if each case is sent as an attachment and I will compile them and hand over such cases to Sri Himanshu Tripati, Dy CDA.

1.   PPO of the Ex- Servicemen who passed away.

2.   Copy of Death Certificate.

3.   First page of bank passbook.

4.   Photo copy of Aadhaar card of widow.

5.   Mobile No or WhatsApp No or Email Address if available

5.   A brief containing details of (a) Initiation of family pension case through SPARSH (b) Date of initiation (c) Any reply received from SPARSH (d) Problem in speaking with Nodal officer (e) Any other grievance (f)Postal address of the Widow (g) Screen shot of status of the family pension case (h) Any other useful information.

I will be leaving for Prayagraj on 12 Dec 2022. I request if the above mentioned details are received then I will hand over these cases to Sri Himanshu Tripati, Dy CDA and request him to expedite sanction of family pension without any further delay.
