A good news for HCOs. An HCO has approached the honorable RB AFT at Kochi to quash the controversial para 178 of DSR 1987 Edn. During the trial the hon AFT has appointed Adv Sathyanathan as Amicus cureai to assist the court. He has invited suggestions/opinions from learnt HCOs. His number is 9446208045. Those who want to convey any suggestion/opinion may do so on his phone. The advocate is an AF Verteran. Hence it will help us to convey our feelings to the judiciary freely.
