OROP II - JCOs/OR X Group calculation
Dear Veterans,
X Gp of JCOs / OR are of two types as I understand seeing the tables of OROP - II of Min of Def (ESW) published on 20 Jan 2023.
1. Pre - 2016 JCOs / OR who are NOT authorized X gp pay of Rs 6,200 as it is given only to Post - Jan 2016 JCOs /OR (Table 7).
2. Post - 2016 JCOs / OR who are given X gp pay of Rs 8600 pm.(Table 8)
The table of Arrears from Jul 2019 to Dec 2022 I worked is for Pre - 2016 JCOs / OR- X group.
Increase in Pension from Jul 2019 = Pension of X Gp in OROP - II (Table 7) - Pension in OROP- 1(Pension of X Gp in Circular 555 x 2.57)
Total Arrears = Increase in pension x 52.26.
I request you to kindly check my table and confirm to me if my table is correct.
If there are any data entry errors, do kindly point it to me for my corrections.
