6. Requirement: Ex defence personal (JCO/NCO) of EME Corps who are well qualified to repair Schilka Missile systems.
Job Description:
• Handling /overhauling/repair of Schilka Missile and overall activities & support. Ensure all the required Technical /operational services are in place for Smooth function of the organization & resulting high productivity.
• Assets Repair/Maintenance: Maintenance of Schilka Missile systems and keeping records of all related documents.
• Team Management: Increase team strength, capability & Optimum utilization of available resources. Always guide your team to get the required work done from them in timely manner. To ensure availability of trained resources in the department for the function by providing necessary training inputs. Team goal setting, performance assessment & appraisals.
• System/Process Automation & Implementation: Analysis of admin activities & implementation of cost control measures. Review & implement admin policies effectively.
Key Skills:
• Promptness and feedback.
• Reliability, honestly, loyalty.
• Excellent knowledge of repair of Schilka Missile
Age : below 58 Yrs of age
Timeline:
