1. Good morning.
2. Not getting Pension & Non Receipt of ePPO are two different issues & to be tackled separately.
3. Since the Air Veteran have yet not been Migrated to SPARSH. For Non credit of Pension for last two months, Pension Paying Branch & it's CPPC have to be approached.
3. It is understood that he has submitted his Life Certificate through Jeevan Praman. I hope he has rightly mention PDA PNB Bank only. Generally, after 48 hours from upload, the Life Certificate if downloaded, confirm Accepted by Bank.
4. If the Life Certificate have been Accepted by Bank, I find no reason for non credit of Pension. Did the Air Veteran contacted the Bank & enquired the Reason. Did he check from the Bank confirmation Receipt of his Life Certificate. Or the Reason for Non credit of Pension?
5. Regarding ePPO, since Copy is received from the Air Force DAD, they be approached with copy to Directorate of Air Veteran for Clarification on Mistakes in the ePPO to seek their Advise for Correction.
6. All the Members are Requested to Ensure the Receipt of their ePPO (issued after 7CPC). If not received, they should approach the Respective PCDA to get copy of the same.
7. Till they receive the intimation by SMS or email regarding Migration to SPARSH, all Non Credit of Pension cases be tackled with Pension paying Branch/ CPPC. All Veterans must confirm from the Banks that their Life Certificate have been updated to avoid Non Credit of Pension in future.
Warm regards.
