SPARSH is constantly improving its software.
Few developements are
(a) On collection of documents of pensioner from bank, at the end of the month the latest enhanced pension of OROP - II without deducting income tax is remitted to the bank by SPARSH.
(b) Then they start generating SPARSH PPO and Pension slip.
(c) Once they are generated then user id and Password are sent to the pensioner on his registered mob no as SMS.
(d) Then pensioner can log into SPARSH. (e) He can see in his pension slip the next date of submission of Life Certificate is Nov 2023 as the life certificate given by the pensioner to his bank in Nov 2022 is also collected.
(f) Another improvement once the pensioner logs into SPARSH, he has to enter his Aadhaar Number (NOT Name) for second line of authentication. (g)SPARSH also commend remittance of first instalment of arrears of OROP - II w.e.f 16 Feb 2023.
