Sub - Suggestion about Promotion in arms forces i.s. Army, Navy & Airforce
Set the guidelines for promotion on time bonds scale like officers on fulfilling the requisite qualifications & certification.
This system will routout the *Chanchagiri* activities in service which will discourage the personal, as not to be behind to offices for *red* *recommendation* .
These all such rules & regulations are made to keep our mental abilities under their control. And thus we become handicap through out in service because of *Chanchagiri* & do not get due promotion even much competent than others counterparts.
And at last despite being superior by all means we makeup our mind to opt for retirement in young age of 33 to 41 yrs.
Letus form a committee under one national based formula as suggested by one of our group members is highly appreciated.
