Subject: Anamoly in OROP 2 Corrigendum PPO

Dear Sir, 

I__________Name_________ Rank ________ No._______________, retired from Indian navy as Petty Officer

 ( POAF etc. Y Group), after serving ________ years. 

My details are as mentioned below.

My present basic pension is Rs.________ vide my ePPO No._______________ ,

I am migrated to SPARSH ( or drawing pension from _____________ Bank).

My corrigendum PPO as per OROP 2, has been uploaded in my SPARSH account by PCDA. 

I observed that my  Rank is mentioned as Artificier V instead of Petty Officer. The basic pension shown in latest corrigendem PPO  is Rs. __________   as against Rs.__________  (as per Table No. 7). 

Hence I request you to kindly look into this anamoly and arrange to issue a revised Corrigendem PPO, also request you to arrange to pay arrears accordingly.
