Discrimination happened during Pay Fixation in V, VI, VII Pay Commission and in #OROP-I & #OROP-II.

Discrimination happened during Pay Fixation in V, VI, VII Pay Commission and in #OROP-I & #OROP-II.

1. We are very thankful to our present @narendramodi Govt that Govt has accepted to implement #OROP ...but some of the Officers presented #OROP to the #Govt wrongful manner for their own benefits and discrimination happened....our agitation to eliminate all those discrimination.

2. Defence Officers has opportunities to serve up to superannuation where as HCOs/JCOs/NCOs/ORs jobs are contractual and most of them retiring or compelled to retire early age and for them only #OROP asked. So Officers are not eligible for #OROP other than exceptional grounds.

3.   If any Officers are retiring at their own accord before superannuation, they shouldn't be eligible for #OROP

4.   Whether Officers perform or don't perform, they have Time-Scale Promotion up to the rank of Colonel/Captain/Group Captain where as Promotion of HCOs/JCOs/NCOs/ORs are depending on performance and vacancy...then also why Officers need #OROP

5.   Whatever amount disbursed on account of #OROP should be recovered from Officers as they are not eligible for #OROP.

6.   Officers getting their salary as per their payband, again they need enhance rate of Military Services Pay (MSP); whereas Jawans are getting very less MSP...no special qualification is required for MSP, only personnel should be in Military Services (Combat Forces).

7.   Our humble request to @rashtrapatibhvn
@PMOIndia
@DefenceMinIndia
@FinMinIndia
@HMOIndia
@narendramodi ji
@rajnathsingh ji
@nsitharaman ji
