Validity period of ESM CSD Card



Validity period of their CSD Card 

An important message for our ex-servicemen to know the validity period of our CSD Card. 

 Our ex-servicemen
Canteen Smart Cards will automatically become inactive after 10 years from the date of issue. So guys it is very easy to find the Validity period of our CSD Card 
The release date is on the CSD card itself. You should verify THE CSD card number. 
The next two numbers after the two letters are the date,
 the next two are the month, 
and the next two are the year.
 For example CSD Card number and it’s explanation is given below :-
GB06041592591600T00*

06 Date

 04 Month

15 YEAR 

This card was issued on 06/04/2015 and expires on 06/05/2025.
All Veterans can check the Validity period of their CSD Card and renewal due dates from their own CSD card.
