Additional Pension at the commencement of 80, 85, 90, 95 & 100 years.
Dear Veterans,
AFT New Delhi Principal Bench order for Additional pension at commencement of 80th year of age to a pensioner, vide OA 667/2023 with MA 985/2023.
But, Govt. has not issued any orders to grant Additional Pension at the commencement of 80, 85, 90, 95 & 100 years.
Hence, as per the situation as on today, 10.4.2023, All Veterans individualy has to file a case in an AFT and obtain orders to get such early additional pension. -
