We all know that the SPARSH scheme came IN TO EXISTANCE for payment of pension , that is as per

The SPARSH ….RIGHT PENSION AT RIGHT TIME. 

They told, Banks were not calculating correct Rate of pension and not paying in right time, hence this scheme was introduced. 

Now, we are surprised to view one Navy PPO, with full of mistakes, incorrect rate and huge amount of arrears.

 Particulars of Pensioner

Rank: Petty Officer

 Group- Y 

Qualifying service 15 yes. 

Date of discharge ; 31-7-1999

His DOB: 13-11-1964. 

Sparsh PPO No:401 1999 00582

As per this PPO; - 

His revised pension -is 20107 which s for the Rank of Leading Seaman.

 He is Petty Officer 

His existing pension is 19404 

Petty Officer GP- Y QS.15 yes.

 As per OROP II- revised rate 21782. 

Then, we know that only the basic pension will be revised and not the Gratuity or

Commutation for pre 1-7-2019 retirees..

 Here, in this PPO, His Gratuity and Commutation revised and Arrears payable. 

As Gratuity: 6268000/- and 

commutation: 1,54, 92,000/-

Total: 2, 17,60,0008/-

( 2CRORE and plus.)

Which is unbelievable and a huge amount, one can not imagine. 

Whether the Naval veteran will be paid this amount or not, we do not know.

 This is the state of affairs of our SPARSH system

As it is, we are not able to submit Life certificate due to Aadhar Mismatch, not able to switch over to family pension in time, all our uploading is pending for more that 20 days,we can not lodge reminder as one query is already pending , as there is no limitation is fixed and so on.
