 Step 2: Start the registration process In the window that opens, click on the "Sign in" option. 

Step 3: Fill out the registration form Fill in the registration form with accurate details such as name, gender, address, country, state, region, PIN code, mobile number, phone number, email address,  security code provided. Please select if you are a former soldier. ESM Corner CPGRAMS 

Step 4: Submit and review Click the "Submit" button to submit your registration information. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to you to confirm your email address and mobile number.

 Step 5: Verification and login details You will receive a confirmation message once your details have been verified. Obtain a username and password  to log into the CPGRAMS portal. 
Step 6: Use the CPGRAMS service Log in to the CPGRAMS portal using the credentials provided. 

Explore the portal to submit a complaint, track its status, provide feedback, or file a dispute.
