CELEBRATION OF 10 YEARS OF OROP AND DIRECTORS CONCLAVE 2024
Celebration of 10 years of OROP and Directors conclave have been arranged for 07 & 08 Nov 2024 at Manekshaw Centre. Delhi Cantt.
Hon’ble attended the event on 07 Nov 2024. In this connection it was decided that representation of the Veterans of Indian Armed Forces from all over India be sought. Secy. ESW, MoD has approved the participation of all the Directors of RSBs alongwith two veteran representatives to attend the celebrations on 07 Nov 2024. The representatives Including Director RSBs across the three services. Specific timings of the event was promulgated separately.
As planned to utilize this opportunity to have Directors conclave on 08 Nov 2024 at 1100 Hrs to discuss the ESM related issues. Certain important issues for tee Directors conclave were as under :
- Replacement of Pnper ESM Identity Cards by PVC Cards.
- Formation of Corporation of ESMs at state ;eve:.
- Promotion of construction of Integrated Sainik Rest Houses.
- Delay in submission/payment of CentratfState Share Claims.
- Other issues related to DGR/ECHS
In view of the above, all Directors of RSBs were requested to plan the movement etc under arrangements of their respective State Govts.
the event was successfully launched and the Defence Minister appreciated the partcipation.
