Problems with LMC Soldiers : Question on Govt Decision

Applicability of disability pension is a very complex matter and has a huge ambiguity as feedback received from the environment.  Before September 2024, which disease was considered as 30% the same thing is now considered at 2%. 

Soldiers are astonished how this assessment system can be drastically changed with an aim to not award any disability compensation even after sustained injury/fall ill due to military service.  Disability pension for normal retired persons has already been discontinued from Sept 2023.  Lets know the detailed information on all aspects of your disability pension in this table

Invalided Out and Sheltered Appointment not granted  cases for soldiers

 Will get Invalid Pension. Which is equal to Service pension if RMB declares that indl is fully incapacitated (UNFIT)  for military service and Civil service.  No minimum Disability percentage required.
