Very Important Information:*
1. As per latest orders of Central Org ECHS, Local Purchase and further issue of NA medicines will only be permitted through system generated demand and issue through software.
2. *Hence following will be implemented wef 01 Dec 25:-*
3. Demand of all NA medicines for the day will be compiled after 1500 hrs and supply order prepared through ECHS system.
4. Dealer will supply medicines to polyclinic next day.
5. Patient will again visit Polyclinic next to next working day( I.e. After 48 hrs of working day) to collect NA medicines.
6. Following steps will be taken by patient while coming to collect NA medicines:-
(A) Report to token issue counter with ECHS card and take token for NA medicines.
(B) Go straight to pharmacy.
(C) Collect medicines from LP issue counter, when turn comes.
(D) If dealer fails to supply, required medicines, NA will be given.
7. In view of the above system, footfall in Polyclinic and pharmacy will increase, besides stopping issue of medicines at 1500 hrs. Accordingly, as per our current capability, we will be able to issue medicines for approx only 400 patients in a day..... Beyond this, patients may have to come next day.
