𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐢𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫:

A widowed or divorced daughter shall be entitled to family pension, provided she attained the status of widow/divorcee during the period when pension or family pension was payable to her father or mother.
