Da Hike:: 

The Cabinet on Saturday 17 Apr  2026 approved a 2%  increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) for Central government employees, as per TOI.  DA  was last increased in Oct 25, from 55 per cent to 58 per cent. 

Thus the new rate wef 01 Jan will be 60% . Cheers.
