I have submitted application for grant of dual family pension in respect of my mother in law but the concerned department of Haryana State is denying on the pretext that no such orders have been received from the Haryana State yet. The state govt is not doing anything on this subject. Is this policy is not binding upon states?
ReplyDeletePlz do something on dual family pension, so that helpless widows can their right at right time because justice delay is something like justice denied. The state govt may be approached to issue orders on dual family pension which they have not done yet.
