RESPECTED Sir, IT IS INFORMED TO ALL CONCERN THAT DURING OCT 2018 IN THE
STATE OF TAMIL NADU AND AP 90% OF EX-SERVICEMEN AND WIDOW PENSIONERS WERE
DEPRIVED THEIR LIQUOR BY THE CSD CANTEEN AUTHORITIES FUNCTIONING UNDER GOC
HQ DAKSHIN BHARATH AREA CHENNAI AS ON DATE THE DEPRIVED/REFUSED LIQUOR WAS
NOT RE-CONSIDERED TO ISSUE TO THE EX-SERVICEMEN AND WE HAVE MADE SEVERAL
REQUEST TO ALL CONCERN INCLUDING ARMY CHIEF TO ORDER AN INQUIRY AS WHY THE
ENTITLED LIQUOR OF ESM WERE REFUSED TO ISSUE DUE TO THE REASONS STATING
THAT THERE IS NO STOCK IN THE CSD DEPOT CHENNAI HENCE I AM REQUESTING FOR
ORDERING A PROPER INQUIRY BY THE GOC HQ DAKSHIN BHARATH AREA CHENNAI AS WHO
ARE THE STAFF AND OFFICIALS INCLUDING TOP BRASS SHOULDERS MUST BE PUNISHED
OR RESPONDED AS THERE ARE MORE THAN TWO LAKH PENSIONERS ENTITLEMENT WERE
SOLD IN CIVIL THAT WHY THEY ARE STILL UNABLE TO ISSUE THE OCT 2018 QUOTA OF
LIQUOR SO FAR MSG FLOATED BY SM/ HONY CAPT M SETTU JT SECY ESM ASSOCIATIONS
