OROP SUCCESSFUL RALLY BY IESM TODAY 30 JAN 2019 ...BY VETERAN BRIG SS GILL RETD LUDHIANA...
ATTENDED BY MANY VETERANS...BRIG HARWANT.SINGH FROM CHANDIGARH...With Brig Krishna Kanth..VETERANS FROM PANCHKULA....37 NDA 46 REGULAR COURSE...MAJ GEN LAL JEE...ENGINEERS...DEHRADUN..
Returning back to Ludhiana after attending a massive rally at JM.
To day’s rally was a grand success .
Hopefully it shall put some pressure on the present Govt.
To me following emerge out of the rally :-
1. Maj Gen Satbir Singh is clearly undisputed leader of ESM ( Offrs & men ) and he enjoys their respect and love.
2.. There are certain ESM who are suffering some sort of complex due Gen Satbir Singh’s popularity graph & had tried to sabotage the rally by circulating a false message for last few days that to day’s rally has been cancelled.
3. To day’s rally has been able to revive the lost momentum .
4. ESM were present from all the northern states incl Madhya Pradesh .
5. Response to to day’s rally has shaken the admin and it sent Delhi Police asking Gen Satbir Singh to lift up.
6. ESM do not like any one who talks of any political angle/tone .
7. ESM were agitated once
a Gen Offr tried to give credit to present Govt saying “some thing has been put in the empty glass”. Moment he said large no of ESM were on their feet and Gen Offr took a hasty retreat . It took some time for Gen Satbir and Mrs Sudesh to calm the crowd . Anger against Modi and his Govt was visible.
8. Mood of the ESM is against BJP unlike 1913 last and in unison expressed their feelings asking all Not to vote for BJP in the coming elections .
9. Gen Satbir Singh has been able to take the struggle to higher level by giving a new slogan ‘ Jai Jawan , Jai Kisan , Jai Savidhan’ . Other organisation leaders lending support to ESM.
10. Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Harish Rawat coming to extend his support to OROP was welcomed by ESM as they listened to him in silence .
11. Hav Kashmir Singh ( Gren ) going on indefinite hunger strike inspite of ESM asking him not to do so will give boost to the struggle.
