Department of Defence pensioners must print this notice and keep it 


In their family Procedure for family pension in case of death after pension period if PPO was issued by her Sparsh/transferred to Sparsh.

 If a pensioner of the  Indian Army, Navy, Air Force or Civilian Veterans dies after discharge/retirement who has been issued her PPO by SPARSH/has migrated to SPARSH, the spouse/NOK will keep the death notice in the relevant records I will send it to the station. a/HO forward  and her PCDA, Prayagraj by online mode (SPARSH). The spouse/NOK must upload the death information and submit the family pension claim using the following link:

 Step 1: Open the SPARSH portal from the URL: https://sparsh.defencepension.gov.in/

 Step 2: Go to Services and select Start Family Pension in the Offers section. "For my family's pension." 

Step 3: Enter all the details such as 'Pensioner Unique Identifier' and related information. Upload name, next of kin, mobile number, email ID, death certificate issued From the Registry of Births and Deaths. 

Step 4: After submitting the form, the applicant will receive a token ID for future reference. for Track a Service Request Go to Services and select Track a Service Request. After entering the token number, the status of the request will be displayed to the applicant. If you require any assistance, please contact her O/o PCDA(P), Prayagraj through the helpline.
