For benefit of Ex-defence pl. Share if resignation by navy chief duly accepted and converted into voluntary retirement ( not voluntary resignation ) for pensionary benefits,will also be granted same consideration for OLD ,new cases of such officers who had resigned and had been/ are being denied pension(even disability pension. It will be discrimination and violation of Art.14.
