PBOR - VERY USEFUL INFORMATION REGARDING ACP

Indian Military Veterans

The ACP Scheme  was introduced   from 5 th Pay Commission w.e.f 1-1-1996.

Dear Veteran brothers,

By this scheme,  any veteran below officers Rank,  held the same Rank for more than 10 years without promotion,  is eligible for pension of next higher Rank.  That is,

A  Sepoy with more than 10 years of service , say QS 17 yrs---Eligible for Naik”s pension

A Naik    with more than  10 yrs as Naik    - Eligible for  Havildar’s Pension

A  Havildar  with more than 10Yrs as Havildar-  Eligible for Naib Subedar Pension.

Likewise  other Ranks also. 

This benefit is applicable for those veterans who retired Between 01-01-1996  and Aug 2003. 

The affected veterans may approach  AFT ,( Armed Forces Tribunal )   for getting this benefit.

They  are likely to get a handsome amount of arrears,  and increase in Pension for Life.

 Interested veterans  may approach our Trust Office  for Guidance.

If you go  individually  to AFT, it will cost more than 30000/-

Our Tri Service ESM Welfare Association, Legal Section,  is arranging  for a combined  case, for that  the legal cost  will be 2000 to 4000 only.   TSEWA  members may directly approach them ,

Non members  may visit our Trust office for guidance- 

All our ESM Associations are requested to pass on this useful information to our veteran brothers in their  areas.
