Naval Headquarters have observed that a large number of officers have still not claimed Rank Pay arrears (Maj Dhanpalan's Case). A list of officers who still haven't claimed the arrears is attached. I request all of you to pass on the list in your own groups and in case you are in touch with any officer in the list, kindly advise them to claim the arrears.
