Dear Sir,
A large number of veterans have submitted necessary certificate for payment of Lifetime arrears to be paid to the spouse/Next of kin, to various banks from which they are drawing the pensions. Since the pension accounts are being migrated from various banks to SPARSH, it is important that the Lifetime Arrears certificate is also migrated to SPARSH. It is essential that this aspect is taken care of in the SPARSH software to facilitate arrears to be paid to the spouse / Next of kin in the unfortunate event of the death of the pensioner.
It would be appreciated if confirmation could be given to us that "Lifetime Arrears certificate" is also migrated to SPARSH platform.
